In-depth teaching on The Foundations for all Good Qualities (cont’d)
We have completed the Guide to training the mind of person with basic or small capacity. Our next teachings will be for training the mind of person with medium capacity.

March 5, 2016 (completed)
Developing the mind wishing to achieve liberation based on listening/reflection on detailed explanation on the difficulties of obtaining this human life (of leisure and opportunities) and its limited time and how to free oneself from the attachment to activities of this life.

March 12, 2016 (completed)
Developing faith and conviction in the undeniable fact of karma and its result and free oneself from attachment to next life.

March 19, 2016 (completed)
Purpose and method of how to gain liberation through the truth of cessation.

March 26, 2016 – Fund raising event

How to develop the mind filled with willingness for achieving Liberation.

April 9, 2016
Necessity of establishing the pure/perfect mind seeking liberation through renunciation (determination to be free).

April 16, 2016
Explanation of the root of 6 delusions/afflictions: ignorance (misknowing), desire/greed, anger, pride, doubt, wrong views.

Explanation of how we keep circling in samara through 12 links of dependent arising.

April 30, 2016
Explanation of the three realms: desire, form and formless realms. Identify the six realms: hell, hungry ghosts, animal, human, demi-god and god realms.

Geshe la đã dậy cho chúng ta cách rèn luyện tâm trí cho người có khả năng cơ bản hay nhỏ. Sau đó thầy sẽ giảng dạy cách đào tạo tâm trí cho người có khả năng trung bình.

Phát triển tâm với ước muốn đạt được giải thoát bằng cách nghe và suy nghĩ về những khó khăn để được tái sinh làm người, thời gian hạn chế của kiếp người, và cách cởi bỏ sự ràng buộc vào vật chất, danh vọng trong kiếp này.

12 tháng 3 (đã giảng xong)
Phát triển niềm tin chân thành vào nghiệp quả và thoát khỏi luyến ái cho kiếp sau.

19 tháng 3 (đã giảng xong)
Mục đích và phương pháp để đạt được giải thoát qua sự thật về sự diệt khổ.

26 tháng 3 – Buổi gây quỹ

2 tháng 4
Làm thế nào để phát triển tâm hướng về sự giải thoát.

9 tháng 4
Sự cần thiết của tâm tinh khiết khi tìm giải thoát qua sự từ bỏ (quyết tâm giải thoát).

16 tháng 4
Giải thích về nguồn gốc của 6 phiền não vọng tưởng: vô minh, tham lam, sân hận, kiêu ngạo, nghi ngờ, tà kiến.

23 tháng 4
Giải thích vì sao chúng ta vẫn còn trong vòng luân hồi qua thuyết mười hai nhân duyên.

30 tháng 4
Giải thích về ba giới: dục giới, sắc giới, vô sắc giới và sáu cõi: địa ngục, ngạ quỷ, thú vật, người, thần và chư thiên.

Dear friend,
On Saturday March 26 we will have a small fundraising event. We plan to start at 2:00 pm; however the starting time may change depending on the number of people registered for health assessment with Dr. Tenzin Geleck Chuktsang.

1. Individual health assessment with Dr. Tenzin Geleck Chuktsang is approximately 10-15 minutes and by appointment only. Dr. Chuktsang will charge a very special rate of $10 person for our Sangha members and their family and friends; so far we have 7 people registered.
Please send an email to jtclcalgary to let us know how many people you would like to register and their names. We will let you know the time of your appointment(s). UPDATE: FULLY BOOKED

2. Card and tea leaves reading by Celine and Gordon is about 15 minutes for each individual. It’s by donation and all the fund raised will go to our temple.

3. Potluck dinner is at 5:00 pm.

Chùa Tây Tạng sẽ có buổi gây quỹ vào ngày thứ bẩy 26 tháng 3; chương trình sẽ bắt đầu vào lúc 2 giờ chiều, tuy nhiên giờ giấc có thể thay đổi tùy theo số người ghi tên để gặp bác sĩ Tenzin Geleck Chuktsang.

1. Bác sĩ Dr. Tenzin Geleck Chuktsang sẽ bắt mạch và xem sự quân bình của sức khỏe với giá đặc biệt $10 một người. Cuộc tham khảo sức khỏe từ 10 đến 15 phút, và quý vị cần lấy hẹn trước. Hiện thời đã có 7 người ghi tên.
Xin quý vị gửi email cho jtclcalgary để ghi danh, cho biết bao nhiêu người và tên của họ. Chúng tôi sẽ cho quý vị biết giờ hẹn với bác sĩ.

2. Bà Celine và ông Gordon sẽ dùng card và lá trà để xem bói cho quý vị, khoảng 15 phút cho mỗi người, lệ phí tùy hỷ. Số tiền quyên góp được sẽ cho vào quỹ của chùa.

3. Buổi ăn tối potluck sẽ vào lúc 5 giờ chiều.
