JTCL’s precious and exceptionally accomplished Resident Teacher, Tibetan Buddhist, Geshe Lharampa Trinly Gyatso, introduces essential techniques for preliminary meditation practice. Calm-abiding Meditation (Sanscript: Samatha, Tibetan: (shi nä) is a traditional form of Buddhist meditation based on mindfulness of breathing. Applying the techniques help to develop concentration and eventually transform our over-active, uncontrolled mind into a positive and realistic self awareness.
