This Thursday we have our Tara prayer as usual at 7pm

This Saturday is Je TsongKhaPa festival of light, Geshe la said we will be offering Tsog on that day instead of teaching. However, we will have Q &A afterwards. As usual you can bring offerings for alter, but you do not need to be vegetarian.

Như thường lệ, chúng ta sẽ bắt đầu buổi lễ cúng dường Phật Mẫu Tara lúc 7pm chiều thứ năm Dec 3, 2015.

Thứ bảy ngày 5 tháng 12 là ngày lễ hiệp kỵ của Tổ Sư TsongKhaPa của dòng Hoàng Mạo, theo truyền thống của Tây Tạng, đèn bơ được thắp sáng ở mọi nơi trong nhà và tại các tu viện. Geshe La sẽ làm lễ cúng dường Đạo Sư – Tsog offering thay cho buổi pháp thoại, và sau đó thầy sẽ để dành một ít thời gian cho vấn đáp Phật pháp.

Kính mời các anh chị về dự lễ, mang theo phẩm vật để cúng dường và không cần thiết phải ăn chay cho ngày hôm ấy.

    མུ་

    permutation; possibility; boundary

    Spelling (jorlok; Tib. སྦྱོར་ཀློག་) and pronunciation:
    མུ་་ – ma zhabkyu mu
    mu

    We use this in Tibetan logic: mu sum, mu zhi. Three possibilities, Four possibilities
    Four Possibilities in the form of Questions:
    a) Is it possible that there is something that exists that is a table and also impermanent?
    b) Is it possible that there is something that exists that is not a table and also impermanent?
    c) Is it possible that there is something that exists that is a table and not impermanent?
    d) Is it possible that there is something that exists that is not a table and not impermanent?

    Geshe la encourages us to learn Tibetan to help gain deeper
    understanding of the teachings, and gain access to prayers and rituals that have not been translated. The Tibetan word of the day is offered to give regular exposure to Tibetan reading and vocabulary.
