Last Saturday Geshe la started the teachings on the Foundation of all Good Quality and he briefly gave the explanation of the first four verses of:

The foundation of all good qualities is the kind and perfect, pure guru;
Correct devotion to him is the root of the path.
By clearly seeing this and applying great effort,
Please bless me to rely upon him with great respect.

This coming Saturday (tomorrow) will be the next four of:

Understanding that the precious freedom of this rebirth is found only once,
Is greatly meaningful and difficult to find again,
Please bless me to generate the mind that unceasingly,
Day and night, takes its essence.

Thứ bảy trưởc, thầy Geshe la thuyểt giảng bài kệ Nền Tảng của những Phẫm Chẩt Tổt Đẹp của đại sư Tsongkhapa và thầy đã giảng giải bổn câu kệ đầu về phẫm hạnh của bậc thượng sư.

Thứ bảy tới 28 thang 11, Geshe La sẽ  giảng bổn câu kệ tiểp theo sau với chủ đề thân người khó gặp.
