Jam Tse Choling Tibetan Buddhist Temple is pleased to announce that our teacher, Ven. Geshe Trinley Gyatso will perform Yamantaka Purification Ritual.
Yamantaka is a wrathful emanation of Manjushri, the Buddha of Wisdom. Yamantaka means “Destroyer of Death” or “Conqueror of Death” and is a meditational deity

(Tib: yi-dham) of the Highest Yoga Tantra class. This purification ritual is most powerful in purifying, healing, pacification and protection from all negative effects of elemental pollutions that cause all kinds of ailments, strokes and general health issues or feel negative energies causing the harm and experience stress, fear or anxiety.
All our teachings and rituals are offered to public free of charge.

About the teacher Ven. Geshe Trinly Gyatso (Geshela)
A distinguished scholar, Geshela entered monastic life in Tibet at age ten. At about 22 years of age, he travelled to India and joined Sera Mey Monastery, where he completed twenty years of rigorous study in the Five Great Treatises and received full ordination from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
He earned the prestigious Geshe Lharam (Ph.D.) degree in 2008, followed by the advanced Ngagrampa degree at Gyume Tantric Monastery. Geshela later taught at Sera Mey before being invited to Calgary in 2014 by H.E. Neten Tulku Rinpoche the Abbot of Sera Mey Monastery to serve as the resident teacher at Jam Tse Chöling Temple, Calgary.
