This practice unites our minds and the mind of the Guru in order to receive blessings and generate realizations on the path to enlightenment. A Tsog offering helps to restore degenerated spiritual vows and commitment.

19 MAY, SUN

Confession and Vajrasattva practice

These days epidemics and wars seem to continuously torment many parts of our world. This is the collective karmic result of the past non-virtuous action accumulated by sentient beings. In order to quickly purify that, we all need to increase the two accumulations of Merit and Wisdom of all sentient beings. The supreme method for accomplishing this is the practice of Vajrasattva and confession to 35 Buddhas.

No meat, eggs, garlic for the whole day.
